30 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsalted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 cups rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Line a tray with a baking sheet.

  3. Cream the butter and sugars in a large bowl.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

  5. Add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix.

  6. Add the oats and mix until all the ingredients are combined.

  7. Form little balls and place onto baking sheet, making sure they are all the same size.

  8. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes ( they should be golden brown and still cute soft at the centre ) and let cool for 2 minutes before transferring them.

Enjoy with a glass of oat milk!
