Ingredients:

  • 60g Walnuts

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes

  • 1/2 cup Dates

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice

Instructions:

  1. Place dates in a bowl and add hot water to soften.

  2. Add all the other ingredients into the blender.

  3. Once the dates have softened, drain half of the water out and use the other half of water with the dates in them and add to the blender.

  4. Blend everything together until you’ve got a dough.

  5. Roll into small balls and roll in coconut flakes, do this until all the dough is used up.

  6. Place in a container or jar and keep in the fridge to last longer. (they can also be frozen)

Enjoy as a snack or even as a dessert!
