Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup plant based milk ( I used almond milk )

  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  • dates / sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Add all the Ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until all the ingredients are mixed.

  3. Pour into your favourite glass.

  4. Top with some cinnamon and chia seeds.

    Enjoy the power boost!
