Ingredients:

  • 120g Banana

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 20g vanilla whey protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender.

  2. Blend it until all the ingredients are mixed.

  3. Heat a pan on medium heat, you don’t want the pan to get too hot.

  4. Oil the pan, I used the 1 calorie sunflower oil spay.

  5. Pour the pancake slowly, put the lid on the pan and let it cook.

  6. Turn the pancake once there’s little bubbles forming.

  7. Let it cook for a few more seconds and then set aside.

  8. Once all batter is used, serve it with your favourite toppings.

    ( I used honey & walnuts )
