Preheat the oven to 180C.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Roll into small balls and place onto a baking sheet.
Press down onto each cookie with a fork.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
Let them cool for 5 minutes.
Devour with a glass of oat milk!
