10 - 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 250g natural peanut butter

  • 150g coconut sugar ( or regular )

  • 1 egg

  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

  3. Roll into small balls and place onto a baking sheet.

  4. Press down onto each cookie with a fork.

  5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.

  6. Let them cool for 5 minutes.

Devour with a glass of oat milk!
