Ingredients:
180g cherry tomatoes
1 block of feta
2 cups baby spinach
4 cloves garlic (peeled)
3 tbs olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
fresh oregano
400g boiled wholewheat pasta
to serve: parmesan, fresh basil & oregano, pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200C’
Add tomatoes, feta, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh oregano to your oven dish.
Top with baby spinach.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and mix it all up.
Add the cooked wholewheat pasta and stir.
Place in a pasta bowl and serve with parmesan & fresh herbs.
