Ingredients:

  • 4 cherry tomatoes quartered

  • 40g drained chickpeas

  • 40g quartered cucumber

  • 20g lettuce shredds

  • 70g chicken cubes - grilled with turmeric & salt

  • 1 - 2 flatbreads cut into strips

  • Shawarma sauce

Shawarma sauce:

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbs fresh parsley

  • 2 tbsp fresh mince

  • 1 clove garlic ( peeled )

  • salt & pepper to taste

Place ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
