Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)

  • 250g chickpeas (washed & drained )

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 freshly squeezed lemons (juice)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp fresh pepper

  • to serve: olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with olive oil.

  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and chilli flakes and season with salt to taste.
