Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
250g chickpeas (washed & drained )
3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
2 freshly squeezed lemons (juice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh pepper
to serve: olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with olive oil.
Garnish with fresh parsley and chilli flakes and season with salt to taste.
